Community & Resources

CTC helps coordinate events and sponsor programs in collaboration with and through donatations to organizations relevant to the interests of our members. Those with which we are currently most involved are:

Pride Shabbat Pride Shabbat
Held on the Friday evening in June during Pride weekend in Seattle, this service is open to the community and is a celebration of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Jews, friends, families, and allies of all ages.
Jewish Film Festival Jewish Film Festival
SJFF is one of the largest and longest-running film festivals in the Pacific Northwest and one of the largest Jewish film festivals in the country.
Federation Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle
Federation works in a number of different capacities to address antisemitism and bias in the LGBTQ community.
World Congress World Congress of Gay and Lesbian Jews
CTC is a member of the World Congress of LGBTQIA+ Jews (Keshet Ga'avah).
Holocaust Center for Humanity Holocaust Center for Humanity
HCH teaches the lessons of the Holocaust, inspiring students of all ages to confront bigotry and indifference, promote human dignity, and take action.

SPL offers many programs that explore current social justice issues and connects with community organizations to bring together diverse voices and viewpoints.
